Medicina Paliativa, published since 1994, is the official journal of the Spanish Society of Palliative Care (Sociedad Española de Cuidados Paliativos, SECPAL).
Medicina Paliativa is a quarterly peer-reviewed journal that serves an interdisciplinary audience of professionals by providing a forum for the publication of manuscripts in Spanish dealing with all disciplines associated with palliative care, particularly those that are multidisciplinary in nature.
